Things that are easier than being a computerless grad student

My laptop died a week ago and my new one isn’t going to get here for another week and a half. It reminds me of being on crutches, except that was easier. I could get food delivered to my house through the Internet, after all.

I feel almost guilty about it, because I’m losing “valuable” multi-tasking time, but I’m not bringing my computer to class this semester. But in exchange for that multi-tasking, I seem to actually be (gasp) learning the material.
